One (H200) Filter panel per 5 cubic meters of Chiller space. Most of our Hospitality based business have Chillers around the 10 m2 to 20m2. So require 2 to 4 Filters ($2.66 to $5.32 a day). Some of our larger clients like Skyline, Millbrook, Liquor land etc take up to 22 filters over multiply Chillers, however for most of our clients, the daily cost of having our filters is less than buying a cup of coffee. A very minimal cost for the great benefit of less produce wastage ($$$ savings), and having fresher and safer food.

A very large number of variables to this equation (Size, application, staff etc). Every business has differing amounts of Power consumption, Food/product wastage, Shrinkage & Trim costs. And not all business calculate those losses. However one trail with the “Mad Butcher” show a Cost/benefit of approx. 30% ration for just “shrinkage” (meat loss wastage) alone. That is for every $100 this business saved due to the presence of our filters, the costs of the filter was $33. Most our of hospitality clients see savings associated to our filters absorbing ethylene in the chiller environment resulting in less food wastage (up to 50%). Other savings include less power usage (10-20%), less chiller maintenance costs etc. Plus of course offering your clients better consistency of product.

0-3 panels - Daily lease (24hrs) @ $1.33 + GST each. 4-6 panels - Daily lease (24hrs) @ $1.24 + GST each. 7-9 panels - Daily lease (24hrs) @ $1.15 + GST each. 10-15 panels - Daily lease (24hrs) @ $1.07 + GST each. 16 + panels - Daily (24hrs) lease @ $1.00 + GST each. Small Panel (H50) - Daily lease @ $0.67 + GST

Each month when we “refresh” (replace with a new one) we note the Chillers temperature and conditions on a scale (0-5) for “Moisture, Mould, Odour & Icing”. This is presented to the client as a annual report. It is not an exact science more an observation while refreshing the filters each month. Many of our clients utilise our Annual Chiller Reports to re-enforce/backup their FSP (Food Safety Plans), helping with the businesses legislative requirements.

"Yes". the large H200 filters can also be used in commercial kitchen Standup Fridges and "Yes" we have smaller H50 filters suitable for smaller applications such as Front Counter Display Cabinets for cafes etc. To help keep the Chefs product fresher for longer

In most cases the filters are attached to the ceiling with a metal bracket held in place very strong magnets. So no damage to Chillers with installation of our filters

We have in excess of 80 clients in the Southland & Otago regions. Including top end restaurants like Millbrook, Skyline, Walter Peaks etc. Hospitals like Southern Cross, Mercy & Calvary. Liquor outlets like Liquorland, & Superliquor. Hotels, Cafes, Resthomes, Butcheries, Polytechnics etc. Many of them have been with the business since conception 14 years ago. So a well proven product.

Our Filters absorb 80% of "airborne" Bacteria and Mould spores. It does not kill existing Mould present in a Chiller. However, it does drastically reduce re-colonisation of mould issues after the Chiller has been cleaned properly and the mould removed.

Our filters both absorb and de-absorb humidity at around 80 to 85%. (Depending on Chiller management by your staff). By helping to stabilise humidity in your Chiller, the refrigeration equipment does not have work so hard, meaning less running time, and hence less electricity :). Approx 5 to 10%. Saving you money and the planet.
