Fresh Chill also supplies supportive documentation for your businesses Food Control Plans (FCP) in the form of Annual Chiller Reports and, if required, Rodent Control Plans (RCP).

Annual Chiller Audits

This service is completely free for clients who utilise 2 or more of our H200 filters in walk-in Chillers. Each month when we visit to refresh your filters we record your Chiller's general condition at time of our visit, in regard to mould, odour, moisture and icing. This is not an exact science, more a general observation which we record in a scale from 1 to 5 (0 being good, 5 bad). This is then compiled into one document, the "Annual Chiller Audit", which is presented solely to the client once a year. Many of our clients utilise this document to help support or re-enforce their FCP's, being an independent assessment of their Chiller environments over the course of a year.

Rodent Control Plans (RCP's)

Fresh Chill also offer a seperate service, supplying commercial kitchens with a very simple and affordable rodent control and reporting system to help support their FCP (Food Control Plans) documentation and improve staff and client Safety.

This service utilises secured & enclosed bait stations with shop bought rodenticides placed in appropriate locations within your commercial kitchens, which we check, maintain and record for activity each month, as part of our monthly filter refreshing visits.

This additional service is very specific to Commercial Kitchens and their Food Control Plans.

Advantages of Rodent Control Plans

Minimal Cost: As Fresh Chill is already visiting the Business for Filter refreshing there is no time & travel costs for this additional service. Just a small monthly lease cost of $20 (+GST) for both supply and maintenance of each bait station. Most of our clients would only require 2 or 3 bait stations ($40 to $60 a month), so very affordable peace of mind.

Rodent Control Plan (RCP) Report: This annual report gives the business owner and Head Chefs further supportive documented evidence to help re-enforce/support their Food Control Plans.

Safety: Improves general food, staff and client Health & Safety. Poisons will be handled solely by the contractor and not by your staff. Avoids poison storage issues on site and the extra compliance and documentation associated to it.
